This ground floor unit has 3 bedrooms. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room, a full service kitchen (newly renovated), laundry facilities and a screened-in porch (lanai). Winter Season Mid-December to Mid-April: US $1650/week (Except for January -see "Shoulder Season") Shoulder Season January: US $1350/week.
Summer Season Mid-April to Mid-December: US $750/week
Reduced Rates for: rentals one month and longer (details on request)
All reservations subject to additional payment of: - 11% state tax - Accidental Damage Insurance of $45, or refundable security deposit of $300
